Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. On this outset of emergence of immortal power of explosions, the feelings of human avidity & his vicious circle of baits terrorism has accompanied the hotseats across the globe. Terrorism is basically targeting innocent civilians during war or peace time with the ultimate goal of creating psychological fear on civilians. It is a weapon of weak and evil men. Terrorism has no motherland and terrorists have no nationality. If you need violence to enforce your ideas, your ideas are worthless. The main causes for terrorism relates to Social & political Injustice- people chose terrorism when they are trying to right what they perceive to be something socially, politically or historically wrong. Not only this, when they have been stripped off their land or rights or denied there. Above all, the belief thay violence or threat will be effective and usher in change. The solution for terrorism is not bombs, but education. For great man, religion is a way of making friends, but small people make religion fighting too. Terrorism is categorized in following categories-
Civil terrorism- collective violence interfering with peace, security & normal functioning of the community.
Political terrorism- violent criminal behavior to generate feat in community for political purposes.
Non-political terrorism- exhibits conscious design to create & maintain high degree of fear for coercive purposes but ends in individual or collective gains.
Quasi terrorism- It uses the techniques to induce terrorism & produce similar consequences & reaction. Example- a fleeing felon that takes a hostage( which permits the use of deadly force again an individual). In this terrorism the methods are similar of those of genuine terrorists but purposes are different.
Limited political terrorism and official terrorism is also a vital category.
We have a mission to protect and hand over the planet to the next generation but terrorism has no religion which leads to these fatal attacks.
1. Hiroshima and Nagasaki attack 1945-
US conducted two atomic bombings on the city of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan on August 6,1945 and second on August 9,1945. These two events were carried out by the use of nuclear weapon.
2. Punjab terrorism
3. World trade center, Pentagon and shanksville
4.Mumbai attacks- 10coordinated shooting and bombing attacks by Islamist attackers including chatrapati shivaji terminal, the taj mahal palace.
5.Recent surgical strike
I am proud of our inventions but i am sad it is used by the terrorists. The root of evils responsible for terrorism are:-
1. Osama Bin Laden- his death was handed by hands of U.S soldiers.
2. Saddam Hussain- murdered many with poison gas. He created notable tereor against his own people.
3. Naxalites- they are associated with communist party in West Bengal.
4. ISIS- islamic state of Iraq and Syria.
5. Lashkar-E-Toiba
6. Tehrik-I-Taliban- part of Islamist active at Afghan border in Pakistan.
7. Taliban- ranging from drug trafficking to human trafficking
8. Al-Quaeda
The origin of ISIS- It wasn't a new terrorist group, most of them were former Al-Quaeda members since 2004. As the group started to reduce in size and number a new group was formed by terrorist names as ISIS.
5 Year Plan of ISIS- To take control of Middle East, North Africa, Most of Indian subcontinent & parts of Europe within next 5years(2020).
Love Jihad-
To alter Kerala's demography from hindu or Christian majority to muslim majority stage. To create a sense of fear among hindus and Christians of kerala by targeting their woman hood.
Above all, many anti terrorism legislation are enacted by Parliament of India along with constant checks on terrorist and disruptive activities.
I would like to sum up by saying that many people are misguided by the sayings of saints causing death in the name of heaven and hell. The heaven and hell is all on earth, its just a matter of higher consciousness. Are you a Hindu, Muslim or Catholic? Is it actually requisite to mention? You are a human, you are one of the most beautiful creation of God filled with whirpool of compassion, care, love, faith and abundant energy. But blaming terror and attacks on religion is what people are eager to do. What many forget that terrorism is a man made construct far divorced from the principles that God intended for humanity. Its a high time to act now, because once you make a decision the universe conspires to make it happen. So you are only one decision away from a totally different life.

You are Your Own Saviour: Suicide

When your presence didn't make a difference how can you think your absence would be a revolution? Your life isn't a film, don't end it! Your dawn is coming, let your meteor shoot off.
Human Life is one of the most auspicious reward for one's good deeds but appreciating and living it to the fullest is not a cakewalk. It take a blissful hold of consciousness to maintain the integrity throughout your journey. Everyone have their thick and thins in life, but the faith that you will conquer through it is the only obstacle. Depression, Anxiety, Restlessness, Addiction? Are these so big terms which force you to give up?
I don't say to discredit your gut instinct, you are not paranoid. Your body can pick up bad vibrations, if something is not right about a person or situation, trust it but don't let it overpower you. Your potential is more than the fear of giving up.
Why only suicide? Just because you are burdened with bunch of emotions, struck in the web of uncertainties or trying to get out of the over thinking process doesn't mean you are not worth it. You are capable of wonderful things, in case no one told you today the world needs you.
Don't make your absence a mutiny, make your presence a revolution. Every sunset is accompanied by a sunrise and if u didn't feel the bad things how will you feel the good ones.
The recent suicidal incidents of the renowned actress Jiya khan and Pratyusha Banerjee have already accompanied the hot seats of the cover page. There is only sympathy and grief left in the columns of esteemed newspaper for now but this wounds might have turned into justice if she would have chose to fight for it rather than quitting it.
If we have a glimpse on the sayings and principles of karma, the truth is no one gets human birth again if they commit suicide or accident until they completes their journey in the order again and here, people unaware of this fact die each second in order to attain peace!
Its miserable how people don't realize their worth and give discounts on their face value.
Healing comes in waves and maybe today the waves hit the rocks and that's okay, you are still healing! You are one of the beautiful creation of almighty, if you ever feel alone look at the moon, somewhere someone is looking right at it too. The answers you seek is within yourself. When Mr. Rajeev Gandhi  introduced computer in India, millions of people opposed it claiming it would result in unemployment. But due to the advent of e-governance at our doorstep, IT sector have emerged. Isn't it ? Every great invention is accompanied by many oppositions!
Computers and electronic work have resulted in more jobs in this segment due to use of computers. Even the IT employers are paid for work at home too. And the call centres are availing the benefit too!
On the other hand, when we talk about lack of transparency due to this, there is no clause like that! In this era of network security and cryptography, everything is stored on the servers. We can avail the information as and when the need emerges.

Thus, Swung your eyes anywhere and welcome yourself to the world of expectations, the RACE for success, THIRST for performance, accompanied by the tremendous talents of peeps to touch the sky. In this today's work world, careers takes numerous TWISTS AND TURNS and the future is often murky, which denotes that an individual needs to be motivated and reinforced to realise his hidden potentials to acquire the HOTSEATS in this challenging era. Expectation is the default ingredient of motivation, its like a essence of motivation. Expectation doesn't hurt, rejection does! Set high expectation and at minimum you will develop the habit of performing above average. Expectation is what gets you started an motivation is what keeps you going. And there you land on the bridge of success and here, you have to become the part of the race, so rush like you stole something before someone else hits the bull's eye!

 The concept of motivation focuses on explaining what "moves" behaviour. in fact, the term motivation is derived from the Latin word "movere" referring to movement of activity.These come under broad cluster of motivation. To make it more clear and brief , lets relate to "The Motivational Cycle" NEED-->DRIVE-->AROUSAL-->GOAL DIRECTED BEHAVIOUR-->ACHIEVEMENT-->REDUCTION OF AROUSAL ~) NEED- it is lack of deficit of some necessity. The condition of need leads to drive. ~) DRIVE- it is a state of tension and arousal produced by a need. it energises random activity. When one of the random activities leads to a goal, it reduces the drive and the person stops being active. thus, the person returns to a balanced state. TYPES OF MOTIVES:- 1.) BIOLOGICAL MOTIVES:- Focus on innate, biological causes, of motivation like hormones, neuro transmitters, brain structures. For example- hunger, thirst of ROLE OF EXPECTATION IN MOTIVATION AND PERFORMANCE ..! 2.) PSYCHOSOCIAL MOTIVES:- Focus on psychological and social factors and how they interact with each other to produce motivation. For example- need for affiliation, power, curiosity and exploration. Four general approach to Motivation:-
1. BEHAVIOURAL APPROACH
this approach does not give importance to the internal dynamics of behaviour. the behaviourists believe in data, which they feel are definable, observable, and measurable. thus, they focus of learning of stimulus-response connections and their reinforcement. this approach basically relates that rewards are consequences of behaviour and incentives encourage or discourage behaviours. For instance from daily lives, we see that employees don't like to carry burden in the beginning the manager slowly reinforces them for certain output from employees.
2. HUMANISTIC APPROACH
The humanistic theories are mainly developed in response to FREUD's theory; Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow have contributed to the development of humanistic perspective.
MASLOW'S HIERARCHY OF NEEDS
There are various views on human motivation. the most popular among these is given by Abraham H.maslow. he attempted to portray a picture of human behaviour by arranging the various needs in a hierarchy. his viewpoint about motivation is very popular because of its theoretical and applied value which is popularly known as "Theory of Self-actualisation".
Maslow’s model can be conceptualized as a pyramid in a serial order.
PHYSIOLOGICAL OR BIOLOGICAL NEEDS- the bottom of this represents physiological or biological needs are the physical requirements for human survival. if these requirements are not met, the human body cannot function properly and will ultimately fail. Physiological needs are thought to be the most important, they should be met first.
air, water, food are metabolic requirements for survival. Clothing and shelter provide necessary protection from the elements.

SAFETY NEEDS- with their physical needs relatively satisfied, the individual's safety needs take precedence and dominate behaviour. in the absence of physical safety- due to war, natural calamities, family violence etc. People might suffer from post traumatic disorder etc. these safety needs manifest themselves in ways such as a preference for job security, grievance procedures for protecting the individual from unilateral authority etc. This level generally occur in children.
BELONGINGNESS NEEDS-

Then comes the belongingness needs especially strong in children and can override the need for safety as witnessed in children who cling to abusive parents. This include- 1. Friendship 2. Intimacy
ESTEEM NEEDS-
these needs are related to the respect and recognition. when the above three needs are satisfied then people start demanding respect for themselves in a group. This need is more common in higher level employees. esteem needs can be satisfied through non-monetary incentives. Maslow states that while he originally thought the needs of humans had strict guidelines, the 'hierarchies are interrelated rather than sharply separated". This means that esteem and the subsequent levels are not strictly separated instead, levels are closely related.
SELF-ACTUALISATION NEEDS
"What a man can be, he must be". this quotation forms the basis of the perceived need for self-actualisation. this level of need refers to what a person's full potential is and the realisation of that potential, maslow describe this level as the desire to accomplish everything that one can, to become the most that one can be, individual may perceive or focus on this need very specifically. For example- when a soldier faces bravely the bullet of enemy he seems to realize the self- actualisation need.
CONCLUSION:-
generally the employees or all the human beings follow this sequence of needs. but sometimes, there can be exceptions when sequence is not followed. for example- people may have social needs active without satisfaction of physiological and safety needs. sometimes, there can be only self-actualisation.

Have you ever pushed yourself to a limit, Then how do you know you have one ? High motivation leads to efficient performance and thus to fulfilment of expectation. All these are interconnected and highly essential feature and attribute of success . Winners make the habit of manufacturing their own positive expectations in advance of the event! And even if you fail don't stop, because you have just found another way that didn't work!

Dear Martians, we are just one step away to find life on your planet because NASA have found a way out! Mars was once like earth with one mile deep salty seas, freshwater and icy peaks and could even support life after NASA have found water which still flows on its surface. Our curiosity if finding a lot more humidity than we imagined as we investigate the soil it is moist and hydrated with tons of water.
"Mars is not dry arid planet we have thought of in the past. Under certain circumstances liquid have been found on this red planet which could be the next future home. NASA has discovered evidence of water flowing on Mars. However the us agency confirmed this statement.
Its a good news and a great discovery across the globe since curiosity also showed dark and basaltic rocks on the planet leading to speculation- Making it biologically closer to the world!

No justice? No implementation? No law? or No ethical conduct? Why these issues are just raised in India frequently? The outset of modernity, presentation of violence in the films as well as lack of conduct have opened the doors of crime.
Few killed an innocent, harassment of a teenager, black-marketing possession over the market or suicide on the outrage and so on are usually found to be the columns of the esteemed newspaper daily.
Instead of attaining a threshold and power oin the economic development India seems to be scoring more in these crime rates. Being one of the most religious and spiritual country where great forefathers were born, rich ethical teaching took place this is a major setback to the country as lack of safety is our own motherland is none less than the prison. On the economic front, if these situations prevail the economy could face a tremendous setback in the foreign exchange too because of Crimea rates and lack of safety issues.
Is it the greed or obsession which is ruling over the minds or lack of proper conduct?
Each time the government swears to take action but end up with no implementation? is it democracy? or is it secularism? where we have to think before stepping out of our doors?

Mentality needs a change. Proper knowledge of ethical code of conduct is required.
